1. Non-Refundable Fees
- All , license charges, and payments associated with EMI management services provided through the App are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Technical failures directly caused by the Company that prevent access to the App or its Services for a substantial period of time.

Any approved refund will be limited to the fees paid for the affected service period and will not include any incidental or consequential damages.
3. Third-Party Transactions

Payments processed through third-party lenders, payment gateways, or financial institutions are subject to the terms and refund policies of those entities.
The Company is not responsible for any refund disputes or processing handled solely by third-party providers.
4. Service Cancellation by User

Users may request cancellation of their license at any time through the App or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation does not relieve the User of any pending EMI or financial obligations under their agreement with the lender or merchant.
5. Service Termination by Company

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App or Services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Termination of Services will not trigger any refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law.
6. Device Lock Related to Refunds or Cancellations

Even after a refund or cancellation request, the App may continue to restrict or lock the device until all outstanding EMI obligations or contractual dues are fully settled.

Device unlocking will occur only after verification of payment settlement or confirmation from the authorized lender or merchant.
